  <li>If the app is not active in the app list, tap the "..." button and ensure that the app is active in the list.</li>

<h3>Uninstalling the App</h3>

<p>Since this is an iMessage app, uninstalling it requires following a specific process. Here are the instructions:</p>

  <li>Open a conversation in iMessage.</li>
  <li>Tap the App Store icon to open the apps list.</li>
  <li>Swipe right to the end and press the "..." button.</li>
  <li>Locate the app you want to delete.</li>
  <li>Swipe left on the app row and tap delete.</li>
